Design year: 2010 to 2012

Complete transformation of a house and garden designed and built in 1991 into a trendy, chic and modern villa with manicured grounds, pool, gym and spa.

Reclaimed local wood was sourced for handcrafted pieces of furniture. Together with the light colour scheme, the use of rustic chalet style and warm textures, the chalet became a light filled, stunning, contemporary place.

Services: Complete refurbishment with planning, demolition and execution, interior design and furniture, fixtures and fittings selection. Collaboration with architect Anette Pessenlehner-Schramm.
